It enables access and equity for all peoples grow, to learn, to understand and to strengthen.

We have been created as lifelong learners. Each day we are open to new and exciting opportunities to make our mark on the world.

Arranyinha offers unique educational opportunities from your understanding of self, your unconscious bias and the way the your environments have shaped your perspective of First Nations People, to cultural respect and all that it means to view the world through a different lens.

Your cultural learning journey begins with an awareness of what you don’t know. To do this, you must be open to learning; welcome understanding; enabling growth through gained respect and insight which impacts a change within you and your organisation.

Education develops understanding. Understanding grows knowledge. Knowledge enables discernment. Discernment increases our emotional and cultural intelligence.

Marsha facilitated a workshop on unconscious bias as it impacts First Nations people and communities to our staff training day. She is a highly engaging and professional presenter while still being 'real'. The session was valuable and informative and I encourage people to open their minds to this learning for personal growth.
