Your cultural learning journey begins with an awareness of what you don’t know. To do this, you must be open to learning; welcome understanding; enabling growth through gained respect and insight which impacts a change within you and your organisation.

Education develops understanding. Understanding grows knowledge. Knowledge enables discernment. Discernment increases our emotional and cultural intelligence.

Marsha facilitated a workshop on unconscious bias as it impacts First Nations people and communities to our staff training day. She is a highly engaging and professional presenter while still being 'real'.
